ARTDELION's role

ARTDELION acts as commercial agent for the artists and sellers presented on this site, under sales mandates signed with each of them. ARTDELION negotiates and concludes sales in the name and on behalf of the seller concerned, the artist or the collector, who remains the legal seller of the work. ARTDELION never acquires ownership of the works presented.

Status of the sellers

Works presented in the section « Pierre Le Caër, Sculptor » are sold by the artist himself. Works presented in the section « Private Collection Paris » are sold by a private, non professional collector: the statutory guarantee of conformity does not apply, the sale being governed by the guarantee against hidden defects of articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. ARTDELION nevertheless grants, as a commercial guarantee, a fourteen day right of return and a one year guarantee of conformity, on the terms set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator to which ARTDELION is affiliated. The mediator's details are given in the French version of this notice.

Intellectual property

The works presented are the exclusive property of their respective artists. The texts, photographs and graphic elements of this site are the property of ARTDELION. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Personal data

Controller: ARTDELION, contact@artdelion.com
Purpose: managing reservations, payments and communications.
Retention: three years from the last contact.
Recipients: Stripe (payment), carriers (delivery), the host. Payment data is processed by Stripe, whose parent company is established in the United States; this transfer outside the European Union is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. ARTDELION never has access to full bank details.
