« Very Powerful Goddess » is an original work by Gabriel Lemaire Sicre, born of an industrial machine recovered in Graulhet, the former world capital of leather, dismantled, cleaned, painted, and returned to a second life in which it no longer serves, it signifies. Gabriel Lemaire Sicre is represented by ARTDELION, an art agency in Paris. This work is not for sale. « In this work, the three symbols of Zen Buddhism, the circle, the square in black, and the triangle. » Very Powerful Goddess, an Audi V6 engine and its automatic gearbox. Feet, a gear mounting from a Renault 21 diesel. Halo, a machine cogwheel. Triangular suns, car clutches.

Gabriel Lemaire Sicre
Gabriel Lemaire Sicre spent some twenty years in computing before devoting his life to colour. Since 2013, in the former Breilhac factory at Graulhet, in the Tarn, he has been building Le Paradis des Machines, a collection of one hundred and sixty-three works born of scrapped industrial machines.
